12-03-2007 Arrest

Harris K. Dissinger, 30 years of age, Juniper St., Denver, PA was charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking in relation to several incidents occurring between the years 2005-2007 where approximately $490.00 was stolen. The incidents occurred at the Denver Fire Company, Locust St., Denver. (DB)

11-21-2007 Arrest

Nelson Charry, 33 years of age, Fairview Rd., New Providence, PA, was charged with Aggravated Assault and Simple Assault as a result of an investigation into a incident which occurred on 11/21/07 at Acme Distribution Center, S. Muddy Creek Road, Denver. Charry and another Acme employee entered into a confrontation at which point Charry picked up a pallet hook and threw it at the victim. The victim was taken to Ephrata Community Hospital by Reamstown Ambulance and was later transferred to Lancaster General Hospital for advanced care. The victim has been released from the hospital. 12-08-2007 Criminal Mischief

Occurred 12/8/07 at 500 S. Muddy Creek Rd., Denver, The Acme Distribution Center. Unknown actors slashed a tire on a vehicle owned by Julia Rodriguez, Lancaster, PA. Damage amount is $300.00. (EC)

12-09-2007 Aggravated Assault

Occurred 12/9/07 at 0207 hours in the first block of N. Ridge Rd., Reinholds. Darwin Brumbach, 33 years of age, N. Ridge Rd., Reinholds, was charged with Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault and Harassment. Brumbach entered into an argument with the victim, choked the victim and struck the victim in the head numerous times causing head wounds. Brumbach fled the scene, but was picked up on arrest warrants in Elizabeth Township on 12/9/07. He was arraigned on the charges and committed to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $75,000 bail. (EC)

12-09-2007 Criminal Mischief

Occurred 12/9/07 in the 400 block of Wabash Rd., Ephrata. Unknown actors cut a string of penguin lights belonging to Thomas Shank. Damage amount is approx. $15.00. (EC)
