10-30-2007 Assault

Occurred 1030/07 at 2342 hours in the first block of Spruce Dr., Reinholds. Derek John Hebhardt, 23 years of age, Spruce Dr., Reinholds. Hebhardt was charged with Simple Assault and Harassment after a verbal argument turned physical. (EC)

11-01-2007 Criminal Mischief

Occurred 11/1/07 at 0819 hours in the first block of Bunker Hill Road, Stevens. Unknown actors smashed out windows on a vehicle owned by Robert Barnett, Jr., Stevens, PA. Approximate damage estimate is $500.00 (EC)

11-01-2007 Theft

Occurred 11/1/07 in the first block of Willow St., Adamstown. Unknown actors removed six truck rims valued at $800 from the property of Wilbur Robinson, Adamstown. (AB)

10-31-2007 Criminal Mischief

Occurred between 10/31/07 and 11/1/07 in the 500 block of Main St., Denver. Allen Shirk, Denver, reported unknown actors slashed a tire on his vehicle. Approximate damage amount is $225.00. (DB)

11-02-2007 Disorderly Conduct

Occurred 11/2/07 at Cocalico High School, 800 S. 4th St., Denver. A 15 year of age female juvenile from Denver was charged with Disorderly Conduct after an incident at the Cocalico High School. (DB)

11-03-2007 D.U.I. Crash

Occurred 11/3/07 in the first block of Summers Dr., Stevens. Jason W. Aurand, 29 years of age, Summers Drive, Stevens, struck a parked vehicle in the above area. Aurand displayed signs of intoxication, failed Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and was taken to Ephrata Community Hospital for a blood test. Test results indicated Aurand had a BAC over the legal limit. Charges of DUI and Carless Driving will be filed against Aurand. (EC)

Occurred between 11/2/07 and 11/3/07 in the 200 block of N. 5th St., Denver. Unknown actors scraped a vehicle owned by Connie Firestone, Denver. Approximate damage amount is $200.00 (DB)

11-02-2007 Theft

Occurred between 11/2/07 and 11/3/07 in the first block of S. Reamstown Rd., Stevens. Unknown actors entered two vehicles owned by Jonathan Heath and removed various property valued at $150.00. (EC)

11-02-2007 Criminal Mischief

Occurred between 11/2/07 and 11/3/07 in the first block of W. Church St., Denver. Unknown actors slashed two tires on a vehicle owned by Kevin Brubaker, Denver. Approximate damage amount is $200.00. (EC)

11-03-2007 Possession Marijiana/Underage Drinking

Occurred 11/3/07 at 2328 hours at the Reamstown Park, E. Church St., Reamstown. Officers observed numerous vehicles in a parking area of the above location. When checking the vehicle and occupants several were found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and three individuals were in possession of drug paraphernalia and one was in possession of marijuana. Daniel Weidman, Jr, 19 years of age, N. Reamstown Rd., Stevens, was charged with Underage Drinking, Littering and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Brian Kline, 19 years of age, Hilltop Road, Ephrata, was charged with Underage Drinking, Floyd Pugliese, 18 years of age, N. 9th St., Denver, was charged with Underage Drinking, Denis Pereyaslov, 20 years of age, W. Rt. 897, Reinholds, was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Underage Drinking, a 15 year of age male from Stevens was charged with Underage Drinking, and a 15 year of age female from Denver was charged with Underage Drinking. Charges of Underage Drinking, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Marijuana are pending against a 17 year old female from Ephrata. (EC)

11-04-2007 D.U.I.

Occurred 11/4/07 at 0220 hours in the 200 block of N. Reamstown Rd., Denver. Jeffrey P. Nigrini, 30 years of age, N. State St., Ephrata, was stopped for driving without headlights. Nigrini was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage, failed standardized field sobriety tests and was taken to Ephrata Community Hospital for a blood test. Results indicated Nigrini had a BAC over the legal limit. Charges of DUI will be filed. (EC)
