08-00-2007 Arrest
Frederick L. Burkholder, Sr, 62 years of age, Scenic Dr, Denver, was charged with Indecent Assault and Corruption of Minors in relation to an incident occurring in the first block of Scenic Dr., Denver in August 2007. Burkholder was sent a summons to appear before MDJ Nancy Hamill at a later date. (EC)
10-20-2007 Criminal Mischief
Occurred between 10/20/07 and 10/22/07 in the 300 block of W. Swartzville Rd., Reinholds. Robert Stump, W. Swartzville Rd., Reinholds reported unknown actors damaged his mailbox. (EC)
10-22-2007 Criminal Mischief
Occurred on 10/22/07 at approx. 1958 hours in the first block of Reinholds Road, Reinholds. Jason Wentzel, Reinholds Rd, Reinholds, reported unknown actors shot a BB through a window at his residence. Approximate damage amount of $100.00. (EC)
10-27-2007 Resisting Arrest/Underage Drinking
Occurred 10/27/07 at 2149 hours on Monroe St., Denver. A 16 year old male juvenile from Denver will be charged with Resisting Arrest, Furnishing Alcohol To Minors, Underage Drinking and Defiant Trespass. A 12 year old male from Stevens will be charged with Underage Drinking and a 13 year old male from Denver will be charged with Underage Drinking. Officers received a call of a loud party on Monroe St., Denver. On arrival, the 16 year old male fled the residence on foot and resisted arrest. (DB)
10-26-2007 Theft
Occurred between 10/26/07 and 10/29/07 from Ephrata Precision Parts, 871 N. Reading Rd., Ephrata. Unknown actors removed approximately $450.00 in scrap from the above business. (EC)
