08-20-2008 Theft
A dark blue boy’s Schwinn mountain bike was reported stolen in the first block of East Church Street between 2:00PM and 2:30PM on August 20. The bike is valued at $150. [EC]
08-21-2008 Underage Drinking
Three Denver juveniles, ages 15 to 17, were cited for underage drinking after an incident in the 500 block of Railroad Street in the Borough at 12:15AM August 21. They were then released to their parents. [DB]
08-21-2008 Criminal Trespass
David M. Wood, 21, and Whitney L. Henzler, 18, both of Ephrata, were cited for trespassing at house located at 232 North Reamstown Road at 8:55AM August 21. [EC]
08-20-2008 Theft
A blue bicycle valued at $450 was reported stolen from a residence in the 500 block of Locust Street in Denver between August 20 and 21. [DB]
08-22-2008 D.U.I.
Ashley Huber, 19, Ephrata, daces DUI, underage drinking, and related charges after she was found to be under the influence of alcohol while driving at 11:40PM in the 300 block of Main Street, Denver, on August 22. She will be summoned to appear before MDJ Hamill on the charges. [DB]
08-23-2008 Disturbance
Domingo Loreno-Maisonet, 28, Dover, NJ, faces charges of Disorderly Conduct, Public Drunkenness, and Resisting Arrest after a disturbance at the Holiday Inn, 2055 North Reading Rd. at 11:45PM August 23. [EC]
08-23-2008 D.U.I. /Underage Drinking
Sasha Marie Harrison, 18, and Kasandra Legg, also 18, both of Ephrata, face alcohol related charges after Harrison was stopped for driving without headlights at 10:45PM August 23, near the intersection of West Church Street and Cardinal Drive. Both had been consuming alcoholic beverages. [EC]
08-23-2008 Criminal Mischief
Thirteen truck tires, on trailers owned by Summers Trucking, 125 Denver Road, were punctured between August 23 and 25. The damage is estimated at $2000. [EC]
