07-09-2008 Fugitive from Justice

Occurred July 9, 2008 at 0739 hours in the first block of W. Church St., Reamstown. Deborah L. Furman, 52 years of age, W. Church St., Reamstown, was picked up on a probation violation out of Orange County, Florida. Furman was arraigned before MDJ Nancy Hamill and committed to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $20,000 bail. (EC)

06-23-2008 Theft

Occurred between 6/23/08 and 7/9/08 at MGS, 178 Muddy Creek Church Rd., Denver. Unknown actors removed 23 welding leads valued at $8,050.00 from the property. (EC)

07-10-2008 Underage Drinking

Occurred 7/10/08 at 0012 hours in the first block of W. Kestral Dr., Denver. Officers were called due to a disabled vehicle in the area. On arrival in the area numerous individuals were located around a vehicle with a flat tire. Alexsandro Dinnocenzo, 19 years of age, W. Kestral Dr., Denver had an odor of alcohol on his person and was cited with Underage Drinking. (EC)

Occurred between 7/9/08 and 7/10/08 in the 400 block of Walnut St., Denver. Unknown actors removed a push/brush bar valued at $140.00 that was next to the victims garage. (DB)

Occurred between 7/9/08 and 7/10/08 in the first block of S. King St., Denver. Unknown actors entered two unlocked vehicles and removed two satellite radios and a GPS. Total value of the items is $500.00. (WC)

07-09-2008 Theft

Occurred between 7/9/08 and 7/10/08 in the area of Swamp Bridge Rd. and Cherry Alley, Stevens. Unknown actors broke into a vehicle and removed an I-pod, I-pod accessories and a camcorder. Total value of the items is $620.00. (WC)

07-10-2008 Theft

Occurred between 7/10/08 and 7/11/08 in the 200 block of N. King St., Denver. Unknown actors entered two unlocked vehicles and removed a cell phone valued at $50 and miscellaneous property valued at $10.00. (WC)

07-12-2008 Harassment

Occurred 7/12/08 at 0116 hours in the 300 block of W. Main St., Adamstown. Kelly Carson, 25 years of age, W. Main St., Adamstown, is being charged with summary Harassment after a domestic dispute. (AB)

07-11-2008 Criminal Mischief

Occurred between 7/11/08 and 7/12/08 in the first block of Meadowlark Dr., Stevens. Unknown actors slashed a tire valued at $150.00. (EC)

07-12-2008 Public Drunkenness

Occurred 7/12/08 at 2045 hours in the 1400 block of Girl Scout Rd., Denver. Barry Lee Sweigart, 42 years of age, Girl Scout Rd., Denver, was cited for Public Drunkenness after causing a disturbance. (WC)

07-13-2008 Criminal Mischief

Occurred on 7/13/08 in the 300 block of Reinholds Rd., Denver. Unknown actors entered a barn and turned on a water faucet, flooding the barn and damaging hay and wood shavings used for animal bedding, valued at approx. $45.00. The actors also let the victims pigs out of the pens. (EC)

Occurred between 7/11/08 and 7/12/08 in the first block of Cardinal Drive, Stevens. Unknown actors entered an unlocked vehicle and removed an mp3 player valued at $250.00, a CD holder valued at $5.00 and a change holder valued at $1.50. (EC)
