06-26-2007 Simple Assault
Occurred 6/26/07 at 0037 hours in the 100 block of Chapel View Dr., Reinholds. Arrest warrants were issued for Todd M. Lefever, 26 years of age, unknown address. Warrants are charging Lefever with Simple Assault, domestic violence related. (WC)
06-29-2007 D.U.I.
Occurred 6/29/07 at 0205 hours in the parking lot of Riviera Pizza, 1405 N. Reading Rd., Stevens. Melanie A. Steffe, 33 years of age, Temple, PA. Officers were called to the parking lot of Riviera Pizza due to a vehicle that struck an embankment in the parking lot. On arrival Steffe was observed attempting to move the vehicle from the embankment. Steffe displayed signs of intoxication and failed Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Steffe was taken to Ephrata Community Hospital for a blood test. Tests results indicated Steffe had a BAC of .158%. (EC)
06-28-2007 Criminal Mischief
Occurred between 6/28 and 6/29 in the 700 block of Poplar Dr., Denver. William Getz, Poplar Dr., Denver, reported unknown actors threw a beer bottle at his vehicle, causing damage to the windshield. Damage estimate is approx. $200.00. (DB)
06-29-2007 Underage Drinking
Underage Drinking: Occurred 6/29/07 at 2228 hours in the 3000 block of N. Reading Rd., Adamstown. John Alan Pfautz, Jr, 18 years of age, Douglas Dr., Denver, will be cited with Underage Drinking after a vehicle stop in the above location. (AB)
