06-11-2007 Theft

Occurred between 6/11/07 and 6/12/07 in the 500 block of Main St., Denver. Allen Shirk, Main St., Denver, reported stereo equipment valued at $200 removed from his vehicle. (DB)

06-11-2007 Theft

Occurred between 6/11/07 and 6/12/07 in the 500 block of Main St., Denver. Star Wolf, Main St., Denver, reported various items removed from her vehicle. Total loss is approximately $50.00. (DB)

06-12-2007 Harassment

Occurred 6/12/07 at 2152 hours in the first block of W. Main St., Adamstown. Charles Gindhart, 21 years of age, W. Main St., Adamstown, was charged with Harassment after an incident at the above location. Gindhart was found to have a warrant through Pottstown and was turned over to Pottstown authorities. (AB)

Occurred between 6/11/07 and 6/13/07 in the 400 block of N. 9th St., Denver. Bruce Masternak, N. 9th St., Denver, reported his truck had been scratched during the above time frame. (DB)

06-12-2007 Criminal Mischief

Occurred between 6/12/07 and 6/13/07 in the 100 block of W. Main St., Adamstown. Melisa Weatherholtz reported her vehicle was damaged sometime during the above time frame. (AB)

06-12-2007 Criminal Mischief

Occurred between 6/12/07 and 6/17/07 in the first block of Tamarack Dr., Denver. Dan Stevens, Tamarack Dr., Denver, reported unknown actors scratched his vehicle. (WC)

06-17-2007 Criminal Mischief

Occurred between 6/17/07 and 6/18/07 in the 100 block of N. King St., Denver. A bulldozer owned by Glenn Hurst, N. King St., Denver, had the front and rear window broken. Unknown damage amount. (WC)

06-18-2007 Harassment

Occurred 6/18/07 in the first block of Grouse Dr., Denver. A 17 year old male from Lancaster was charged with harassment after an incident on Grouse Dr., Denver. (EC)

06-22-2007 D.U.I. Crash

Occurred 6/22/07 at 1847 at W. Rt. 897 and Rose Dr., Reinholds. Barry Hummel, N. 9th St., Lebanon struck Jacqueline Smith, Mechanic St., Reinholds. Smith displayed signs of intoxication and failed Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Smith was taken to the Ephrata Community Hospital for a blood test. Test results indicated Smith had a BAC of .093%. Charges of DUI were filed against Smith. (WC)

06-22-2007 D.U.I.

Occurred 6/22/07 at 2102 hours in the 200 block of Park St., Stevens. Thomas Carl Zimmerman, 50 years of age, Washington Ave., Stevens, was observed driving erratically and stopped. Zimmerman displayed signs of intoxication and failed Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Zimmerman was taken to the Ephrata Community Hospital for a blood test. Test results indicated Zimmerman had a BAC of .167%. Charges of DUI and various traffic summary violations will be filed against Zimmerman. (EC)

06-22-2007 Arrest

A 12 year old male and 13 year old male from Stevens will be charged as a result of an investigation into vandalism which occurred at the Reamstown Park on or about 3/31/07. The juveniles broke several lights on the stage of the band shell, broke several windows in the storage area of the band shell and damaged a spigot at the picnic pavilion. Both juveniles will be referred to the Youth Aid Panel. (EC)

06-24-2007 Underage Drinking

Occurred on 6/24/07 at 0900 hours at N. Reamstown Rd. and Park St., Reamstown. Cleason Martin, 19 years of age, E. Mohler Church Rd., Ephrata was charged with Underage Drinking. Cleason was a passenger in a vehicle that was involved in a crash and found to have been drinking. (EC)
