Occurred between 5/29/08 and 6/4/08 at Sweigart’s Garage, W. Swartzville Rd., Reinholds. Unknown actors removed a radiator and fan from the property. Value of the property is approx. $300.00. (EC)
06-06-2008 Crash
Occurred 6/6/08 at 0651 hours at the intersection of N. Reading Rd. and Denver Rd. Driver Kathleen Maxey, W. Rt. 897, Reinholds, rear-ended a motorcycle driven by Jeffrey Hammond, Weaver Rd., Denver. Hammond was transported to Reading Hospital with a minor injury. (EC)
06-05-2008 Criminal Mischief
Occurred between 6/5/08 and 6/6/08 at the Denver Park, 800 block of Main St., Denver. Unknown actors caused approximately $100 damage to a snack stand in the park. The stand is owned by the Cocalico Youth Baseball Organization. (DB)
06-06-2008 Possession Paraphernalia/ Warrant
Occurred 6/6/08 at 1200 hours in the 2800 block of N. Reading Rd., Adamstown. Catherin R. Patterson, 21 years of age of W. Main St., Adamstown, was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped. Patterson was taken into custody due to outstanding warrants through Berks County. Patterson was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges will be filed against Patterson at a later date. (AB)
06-06-2008 Disorderly Conduct
Occurred 6/6/08 at 1540 hours at the intersection of Garden Spot Rd. and N. Reading Rd. Michael Krug, 50 years of age, Peters Road, Reading, PA, will be cited with Disorderly Conduct after a road rage type incident that occurred at the above intersection. (EC)
