04-27-2008 Theft

Occurred 4/27/08 in the 200 block of Main St., Denver. Unknown actors removed a Mongoose BMX bike, blue in color, valued at $100 from the front of an establishment in the 200 block of Main St. (DB)

04-30-2008 Public Drunkenness

Occurred 4/30/08 at 1208hours at Turkey Hill, 2501 N. Reading Rd., Denver. Andrew Zerbe, 34 years of age, N. Front St., Womelsdorf, PA, was found passed out in his vehicle while parked in the Turkey Hill parking lot. Zerbe was charged with Public Drunkenness. (EC)

04-30-2008 Warrant Service

Occurred 4/30/08 at 1424 hours. Ryan Redcay, 21 years of age, Faussnacht Dr., Denver was picked up on a bench warrant through the Sheriff’s Department and released to the Sheriff’s Department. (DB)

04-03-2008 Drug Violation

Occurred 4/3/08 at 1347 hours at Cocalico High School, 800 S. 4th St., Denver. A 16 year old male juvenile from Reinholds was found to be in possession of marijuana. The juvenile will be charged with Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana, a misdemeanor charge. (DB)

05-02-2008 Underage Drinking/Furnishing Alcohol

Occurred 5/2/08 at 2124 hours in the first block of N. Reamstown Rd., Reamstown. Officers were dispatched for a male standing in the roadway yelling at passing motorists. On arrival in the area officers observed Andrew Redcay, 18 years of age, N. Reamstown Rd, Reamstown, in the roadway. Redcay ran into a residence on N. Reamstown Rd. Officers ordered the individuals in the residence to exit, which they did. Numerous individuals that exited the residence admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages and were under the age 21. The following charges were filed: Andrew Redcay, 18 years of age, N. Reamstown Rd., Reamstown was charged with Public Drunkenness and Underage Drinking, a 17 year old female from Stevens was charged with Underage Drinking, a 17 year old male from Stevens was charged with Underage Drinking, a 17 year old female from Denver was charged with Underage Drinking and a 17 year old male from Stevens was charged with Underage Drinking and Furnishing Alcohol to Minors. Another individual at the residence, Justin Brill, 18 years of age, S. 4th St., Denver, was found to have a Bench Warrant and was taken to station where he was picked up by the Sheriff’s Department. 05-02-2008 Drug Violation/Underage Drinking

Occurred 5/2/08 at 2313 hours in the 200 block of Woodcrest Ln, Stevens. Officers received a report of a suspicious vehicle at the above location. On checking the area, a vehicle was located with numerous occupants who were found to be consuming alcoholic beverages. Charges are pending on five juveniles between the ages of 17 and 18 for Underage Drinking and one charge of Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana. (EC)

05-03-2008 Burglary

Occurred 5/3/08 between 1445 and 2200 hours in the 100 block of N. 6th St, Denver. Unknown actors entered the residence and removed two purses valued at $35.00 and a diaper bag valued at $30.00. Some of the contents of these items were recovered in the Denver Park on 5/3/08. (DB)

05-05-2008 Burglary

Occurred 5/5/08 between 0900 and 1730 hours in the 600 block of Smokestown Rd., Denver. Unknown actors pushed in a window screen and removed $5.00 in cash and an MP3 player valued at $30.00. (EC)
