04-21-2008 Criminal Mischief

Reported 4/21/08 in the 200 block of Jefferson Rd., Adamstown. Unknown actors shot a BB through a sliding door causing approx. $500.00 in damage. (AB)

04-10-2008 Theft

Occurred 4/10/08 in the 100 block of W. Main St., Reinholds. Unknown actors removed a wallet from a vehicle parked in the above location. A credit card in the wallet was later used at various locations. (WC)

04-24-2008 Theft

Occurred 4/24/08 in the 1200 block of Steinmetz Rd., Denver. Unknown actors removed 2,000 pounds of rebar from a property on Steinmetz Rd. The rebar was valued at $160.00. (WC)

04-24-2008 Disorderly Conduct

Occurred 4/24/08 at 1930 hours at the Denver House, 240 Main St., Denver. Elwood L. Klugh, Jr, 47 years of age, Turnbridge Dr., Lancaster, was asked to leave the establishment and became argumentative. Klugh left the establishment and entered into a physical altercation in the parking lot with another individual. Klugh was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Harassment and Public Drunkenness. (DB)

04-26-2008 Theft

Occurred between 4/26/08 and 4/27/08 in the first block of Leisey Rd., Denver. Unknown actors removed between 2,000 to 2,500 pounds of rebar from a property on Leisey Rd. The rebar is estimated to be worth approx. $200.00. (WC)
