Occurred between 4/7/08 and 4/8/08 in the first block of Willow St., Adamstown. Unknown actors removed four truck off road tires from the victim’s front porch. The tires were valued at $1,143.00. (AB)
04-07-2008 Theft from Vehicle
Occurred between 4/7/08 and 4/8/08 in the first block of N. Reamstown Rd., Reamstown. Unknown actors entered a work van and removed various tools valued at $2,313.00. (EC)
04-03-2008 Criminal Mischief
Occurred between 4/3/08 and 4/8/08 in the first block of N. Reamstown Rd., Reamstown. Unknown actors broke a window on a travel trailer that was parked in the above area. Replacement cost of the window is approximately $300.00. (EC)
04-09-2008 D.U.I.
Occurred 4/9/08 at Acme Warehouse, 500 S. Muddy Creek Rd., Denver. Officers received a report of an intoxicated truck driver at the Acme Warehouse. On arrival the driver of the truck, Raphael Lane, 54 years of age, Batesburg, SC, was found to be intoxicated. Lane was transported to Ephrata Community Hospital for a blood test. Test results indicated Lane had a BAC over the legal limit. Lane was arraigned on charges of DUI and committed to Lancaster County Prison on $40,000 bail. (EC)

Occurred between 3/29/08 and 4/9/08 in the 300 block of S. 4th St.., Denver. Unknown actors threw a piece of concrete through a garage door window. The window is valued at $200.00. (DB)
04-08-2008 Theft
occurred between 4/8/08 and 4/9/08 from the NAPA Auto Parts, 406 Locust St., Denver. Unknown actors stole approximately 20 auto and truck battery cores. The cores are valued at approximately $220.00. (DB)
04-09-2008 Theft from Vehicle
Occurred between 4/9/08 and 4/10/08 at Gold Rush Trailers, Stone Hill Rd., Denver. Unknown actors forcefully entered three recreational vehicles and removed electronic equipment totaling over $3,300.00. (EC)

Occurred between 4/9/08 and 4/11/08 in the first block of N. Reamstown Rd., Reamstown. Unknown actors stole a scooter valued at $50.00 from the victim’s front porch. (EC)
